Jennie-O Turkey Store - Breeder Operator, Barron, WI
Job Responsibilities1.
Perform daily farm activities & chores associated with caring for breeder turkeys, hatching eggs, farm equipment as outlined and described in department operating manuals2.
Help employees with safety, productivity, and cost control by providing personal involvement in farm management and operating decisions and problem solving3.
Ability to work some holidaysMinimum Qualifications Reliable transportation to and from assigned farm Able to work every other weekend and holidays 9th grade math level, reading and writing skills PHYSICAL:
Able to lift up to 70 pounds from floor to waist occasionally Able to wear eye and respiratory protection equipment continuallyPreferred Qualifications Valid driver's license with good record High school diploma or equivalent Two years farm experienceWhat you will receive Competitive pay with annual performance and pay review.
